The Foundation has posted the Scholarship Guide for fiscal 2013.

The application period for fiscal 2013 is from Monday, April 1, to Wednesday, May 15, 2013, inclusive. (Applications must be received by the Foundation within this period.)
If the applications arrived after this period, they wouldn't be subject to selection.
