As an extension of our commitment to the protection of personal information, the Otsuka Toshimi Scholarship Foundation is committed to the following statement:

1. The Foundation treats collected personal data in compliance with applicable legislation and guidelines.
2. The Foundation gathers and uses personal information within the necessary range, based on specified purposes, using legal, applicable methods.
3. The Foundation may hire third parties to perform data processing or services on our behalf. In such instances, such services will be conducted under appropriate supervision provided by the Foundation.
4. The Foundation implements appropriate measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration or leaks. The Foundation also takes remedial action and preventative measures to protect this data.
5. The Foundation continuously assesses and reviews its privacy protection measures to ensure the measures are up to date and most effective.

The Foundation requires personal information when you apply for a scholarship or make inquires to our organization.

We ask for information such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. In such instances, we specify the purpose of the use of your personal information, collect information only with your consent, and use the information for purposes none other than those stated.

The Foundation carefully handles and manages the personal information we collect, and protect it from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration or leaks. You have the right to instruct us to rectify, stop the use of, or delete the personal information you provide, by contacting us by email or other methods.
