The Foundation has posted the Scholarship Guide for fiscal 2018.

The application period for fiscal 2018 is as follows.
Online submissions: Monday, March 26, 2018, 9:00 a.m. – Thursday, April 26, 2018, 5:00 p.m.
Submissions by mail: Must arrive at the office no later than Tuesday, May 1, 2018, 3:00 p.m.
*Please submit your application documents online during the period shown above, then send the documents in hard copy by mail.

Your application will be considered complete only after you have submitted the online application and the hard copy has been received by the Foundation. Please refer to Scholarship Guide and Application FAQ carefully.

*There are different application forms for applicants from the medical fields and for applicants from the business fields, as well as for new applicants and for renewing applicants. Make sure to use the forms applicable to you, or else you will be disqualified.
