We have corrected the page 7 「⑳研究内容 1ページ目」 of the applications.
The page 7 of previous applications showed that the grid lines were for 460 words, but the grid lines were actually only for 440 words. 
We do apologize for that.

We have corrected the applications for both new applicants and renewing applicants.
The current douwnloadable applications are correct with having the grid lines for 460 words on page 7.
